If we do not return your e-mail, it means we did not receive it.
After we receive your E-Mail
We will reply back confirming that your items are in stock
Give you a total including shipping and handling costs
If you are no longer wanting to purchase the item, please reply back
saying so

Please note that all PayPal payments must include and be shipped to their "confirmed" shipping address or they will be denied, this is required by PayPal's "seller protection policy"

you have confirmed price, avaliability & shipping costs through

We can also accept payment as a check or money order by mail
We can wait a total of ten days for a check/money order to arrive
after your order is placed -If the check/money order doesn't arrive within 10 days the item may
be sold to someone else
If you don't think you can get payment here in 10 days -ask, we can
extend the waiting period
Please--We do not prefer COD orders as this requires much special handling
by us.
We ship only USPS mail, no other carriers are avaliable -this is due to contractual obligations and our postage/inventory software.
Most items are sent via parcel post which can take 7-10 days for delivery. Additional shipping services such as Priority Mail (3-5 days), Express Mail (overnight or 1 day), insurance, delivery confirmation, etc. will cost extra and must be requested.
We are sorry, but due to the great amount of paperwork associated with
foreign shipments, we will add $10 surcharge (in addition to shipping/handling)
to all countries outside the USA (including Canada & Mexico)
After we receive payment
Credit card orders are typically shipped within
24 hours.
Personal/Business checks may take 7-14 days to clear after we receive
payment from you in the mail.
All tems are shipped through regular USPS mail. Our liability stops as soon as your item is handed over to the postal service.
Any claims as to damaged, lost or non-delivered goods must be taken up with the USPS.
If you would like a tracking number you must purchase delivery confirmation
at an extra cost (50 cents). Insurance against lost or damaged packages is $1.50
After you receive your item(s):
All items marked "NEW" or "Used" will be guaranteed for 30 days unless
specified otherwise
Items marked "Tested good" are guaranteed to be non-DOA (Dead
On
Arrival)
All other items are sold as-is
There are no returns or refunds on computer software items. In many cases we can replace the media if it is defective.
There are no returns or refunds on any items shipped outside the USA -This is due to the high shipping costs and long delivery times.
If your item is damaged when you receive it:
Being that all our items are shipped via USPS mail, if any item is
damaged during transit YOU must file a claim with your local post office.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If the item was damaged through your fault, we can't be responsible
While we can guarantee that an item is working, we cannot guarantee
compatibility
If we choose to accept a non-defective return, we may deduct a 15% re-stocking fee
Before returning a package, please e-mail us telling us why, and we'll give you a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) which should be printed on the returned package to let us know it's a return.
Please don't just send an item back to us, let us know first
If it's been a month since your item was shipped and you still don't
have it
We will not under any circumstances provide any refunds for items
"lost" during shipment; as we can not verify if the item is in fact
"lost" -to avoid this we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation for an additional $0.50.
Any claims for lost or undeliverable packages will take a minimum of
30 days before we will be able to investigate them -this is due to USPS regulations on the filing of lost package claims.
